I have a LG 50LN series TV, yesterday I had the issue with the logo appearing then a black screen. My husband is a paralyzed veteran, I try to fix as many things around the house as I can. Jiggling the plugs seemed to fix it but when I snapped the unit back the flashing started again. Just re-solder it or have someone with soldering skills do it and problem will be solved for both lights! The brightness is the same and hasn't affected the performance of the light at all.
